Bythaelurus steurbauti
Taxonomy
Bythaelurus steurbauti was named by Hovestadt and Hovestadt-Euler (1995). Its type specimen is IRSNB P.2642, a tooth, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Terhagen, level 35, which is in a Rupelian marine claystone in the Boom Clay Formation of Belgium.
