Trogomys ironcloudi

Taxonomy
Proheteromys ironcloudi was named by Macdonald (1963). Its type locality is Monroe Creek (SDSM V-6215), which is in a Monroecreekian terrestrial horizon in the Monroe Creek Formation of South Dakota.

It was recombined as Trogomys ironcloudi by Korth and Samuels (2015).
