Thisbemys uintensis
Taxonomy
Paramys uintensis was named by Osborn (1895). Its type specimen is AMNH 1901, a set of teeth, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Wagonhound Canyon (Uinta B2), which is in an Uintan terrestrial horizon in the Uinta Formation of Utah.
It was recombined as Thisbemys uintensis by Wood (1962), Korth (2020).
