It was assigned to Myomiminae by Daams (1989), Daams and de Bruijn (1995).

R. Daams and H. de Bruijn 1995A glirid of larger size than Pseudodryomys ibericus. Upper molars with subroundcd outline, a low crown and concave occlusal surface. The ridges are thin and well-separated, with the anterior centroloph only, which joins the anteroloph in an arch-shaped ridge. The labial end of the posteroloph ends free.
