Indolophus guptai
Taxonomy
Indolophus guptai was named by Pilgrim (1925). Its type specimen is GSI C347, a maxilla, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Konywa, Pondaung Sandstone, which is in a Bartonian terrestrial sandstone/siliciclastic in the Pondaung Formation of Myanmar. It is the type species of Indolophus.
