Taxonomy
Pantrogna was named by Hartenberger (1971) [I don't know the original rank, but Hartenberger emended it in 1993 to genus]. It is not extant.

It was assigned to Paramyidae by Hooker (1996); and to Microparamyinae by Dawson (2001).
