Taxonomy
Lophospira concinnula was named by Ulrich and Scofield (1897).

It was synonymized subjectively with Lophospira helicteres by Tofel and Bretsky (1987); it was recombined as Eunema concinnula by Wagner (1999) and Wagner (2023).
