Ptychogaster cayluxensis

Taxonomy
Ptychogaster cayluxensis was named by Lydekker (1889). Its type specimen is BMNH R1302, a partial shell (anterior extremity of a plastron), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Bach, which is in a Rupelian terrestrial horizon in the Phosphorites du Quercy Formation of France.
