Charonosaurus jiayinensis
Taxonomy
Charonosaurus jiayinensis was named by Godefroit et al. (2000). Its type specimen is CUST J-V1251-57, a partial skeleton, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Jiayin, which is in a Maastrichtian floodplain sandstone/mudstone in the Yuliangzi Formation of China.
