Protohadros byrdi

Taxonomy
Protohadros byrdi was named by Head (1998). Its type specimen is SMU 74582, a partial skeleton, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Flower Mound (SMU Loc. 303), which is in a Cenomanian deltaic mudstone/sandstone in the Lewisville Formation of Texas. It is the type species of Protohadros.
