Perissopyge phenax
Taxonomy
Perissopyge phenax was named by Blaker et al. (1996) [from GGU collection 271756; now deposited at the Geological Museum, Copenhagen (MGUH), Denmark]. Its type specimen is MGUH 23584 and is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is GGU Collection 271756, west side of Løndal, southern Peary Land, which is in a Lenian carbonate limestone in the Henson Gletscher Formation of Greenland. It is the type species of Perissopyge.
