Plethospira rotunda
Taxonomy
Plethospira rotunda was named by Flower (1968). Its type locality is Nameless Canyon, just west of Ranger Peak, Franklin Mountains, which is in a Blackhillsian carbonate limestone/limestone in the Padre Formation of Texas. It is the type species of Plethospira.
