Diagnosis
ReferenceDiagnosis
J. Gründel and A. Nützel 2012The shell is broad, oval, small and comprises only up to two teleoconch whorls. The protoconch is coaxial to medioaxial; it consists of up to 1.5 smooth rounded, rapidly increasing whorls. The teleoconch whorls are convex, mostly with subsutural ramp which is demarcated by a pronounced spiral furrow. Whorls and base are covered with numerous spiral grooves of about equal strength, separated by mostly broader interspaces. The growth lines are prosocyrt between centre of base and ramp. They are somewhat opisthocyrt on the ramp. The aperture is elongated, oval with an evenly convex outer lip.
