Groomodiscus rossi
Taxonomy
Groomodiscus rossi was named by Rohr and Yochelson (1990). Its type specimen is USNM 445059, a shell, and it is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is D1576 CO, E. of Groom Mine, which is in a Whiterockian shallow subtidal limestone in the Antelope Valley Formation of Nevada.
