Taxonomy
Hyperstrophema devonicans was named by Horný (1964). It is not extant. Its type locality is Holyně Section in small quarry NE of Holyně and W of the Prastav Quarr, which is in an Eifelian carbonate limestone in the Daleje-Trebotov Formation of the Czech Republic.
