Pharkidonotus breyeri
Taxonomy
Bellerophon (Pharkidonotus) breyeri was named by Hoare et al. (1997). Its type specimen is OSU 40501, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Td-4. Abandoned strip mine on southwest side of Ohio 39 (Country Rd 211, which is in a Desmoinesian carbonate shale in the Allegheny Formation of Ohio.
It was recombined as Pharkidonotus breyeri by Wagner (2023).
