Taxonomy
Tropidodiscus vesculilineatus was named by Linsley (1968). It is not extant. Its type locality is Unit 1. East Wall of France Stone Company Quarry, which is in an Eifelian carbonate dolomite in the Lucas Formation of Ohio.
