Taxonomy
Onychochilus minutissimus was named by Yoo (1988). Its type locality is Marohn Homestead. Yoo Loc. A4. 70 m west of Scone-Gundy road junction, which is in a Tournaisian marine mudstone in the Dangarfield Formation of Australia.
It was recombined as Sinistriconcha minutissima by Bandel (2002); it was recombined as Sinistriconcha minutissimus by Wagner (2023).
