Pterotheca lata
Taxonomy
Pterotheca lata was named by Teichert (1930) [= Aulacomerella macroderma Huene 1900 p. 210 - 214 pl. 4 f. 1a-c; (not pl. 4 f. 2-3 = Pterotheca estona)]. It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Kirna, which is in a Vormsi marine shale in the Korgessaare Formation of Estonia.
