Uhangrichnus chuni
Taxonomy
Uhangrichnus chuni was named by Yang et al. (1995). Its type specimen is KPE 50101, mold and plaster replicas in the Kyungpook National University, Earth and is a trace fossil. Its type locality is Avian tracksite, near Haenam, which is in a Campanian lacustrine siliciclastic in the Uhangri Formation of South Korea.

Y. Azuma et al. 2013 (Dongyangornipes sinensis) | Relatively small tridactyl footprints with well- developed web structures. The length and width of the footprints are approximately 35 and 40mm respectively; the lengthewidth ratio is 0.87. The total divarication (between digits II and IV) is nearly 100; the divarication angle between digits II and III is slightly smaller than that between digits III and IV. The web impression between digits II and III joins the apex of digit II and the distal third of digit III, and the impression between digits III and IV is linked from the apex of digit IV to the middle of digit III. |
