Capellia mauricei
Taxonomy
Capellia mauricei was named by Blake and Reid (1998). It is not extant. Its type specimen is Southern Methodist University, Holotype SMU 30021, Paratype SMU 30062-30065. Its type locality is South of Fossil Ridge Circle, which is in an Albian offshore mudstone in the Pawpaw Formation of Texas. It is the type species of Capellia.
