Fujispira was named by Kase and Nishida (1986) [Sepkoski's age data: D Eife-u]. It is not extant. Its type is Fujispira japonica.

It was assigned to Euomphalina by Sepkoski (2002); and to Omphalotrochidae by Kase and Nishida (1986), Wagner (2023).
