Taxonomy
Dinosorex anatolicus was named by van den Hoek Ostende (1995). Its type specimen is MTA, Ke 6421, a mandible, and it is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is Keseköy, which is in a MN 3 lacustrine claystone/coal in Türkiye.
