Calappa pavimenta
Taxonomy
Calappa pavimenta was named by Schweitzer et al. (2006). Its type specimen is USNM 527069 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is San Sebastian, which is in an Aquitanian/Burdigalian reef, buildup or bioherm packstone in the Lares Formation of Puerto Rico.
