Sphaerocyclus bohemicus
Taxonomy
Bellerophon (Sphaerocyclus) bohemicus was named by Perner (1903) [Barrande in]. It is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is Area between the villages of Měňany and Koněprusy, which is in a Pragian marine horizon in the Praha Formation of the Czech Republic. It is the type species of Bellerophon (Sphaerocyclus).
It was recombined as Bellerophon bohemicus by Horný (1963); it was recombined as Sphaerocyclus bohemicus by Knight (1941) and Wagner (2023).
