Taxonomy
Calomyscus minor was named by de Bruijn et al. (1970). It is not extant. Its type specimen is IVAU MA-786, Maxilla dext. with M1M2, a maxilla. Its type locality is Maritsa, which is in a MN 13 fissure fill horizon in Greece.
