Archaeospheniscus wimani

Taxonomy
Notodyptes wimani was named by Marples (1953). Its type specimen is BM A.3331, a limb element (tarsometatarsus), and it is a 3D body fossil.

It was recombined as Archaeospheniscus wimani by Simpson (1971), Myrcha et al. (2002), Jadwiszczak (2006), Chavez (2007); it was recombined as Delphinornis wimani by Ksepka and Clarke (2010).
