Khunnuchelys kizylkumensis
Taxonomy
Khunnuchelys kizylkumensis was named by Brinkman et al. (1993). Its type specimen is CCMGE 98/12458, a skull (Braincase and skull roof), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is CBI-28, Dzharakuduk II, which is in a Turonian/Turonian terrestrial horizon in the Bissekty Formation of Uzbekistan.
