Schizogalerix voesendorfensis
Taxonomy
Galerix voesendorfensis was named by Rabeder (1973). Its type specimen is UWPI 1909/2/12, a tooth (M2 sin.), and it is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is Zone E Vosendorf, which is in a Zanclean terrestrial horizon in Austria.
It was recombined as Schizogalerix voesendorfensis by Engesser (1980).
