Collimys primus
Taxonomy
Collimys primus was named by Daxner-Höck (1972). It is not extant. Its type specimen is PIUW 1953/3/1, a tooth (M1 sup. sin.). Its type locality is Eichkogel, Mödling (NHMW collection), which is in a MN 11 lacustrine marl/limestone in Austria. It is the type species of Collimys.
