Desmanella quinquecuspidata
Taxonomy
Desmanella quinquecuspidata was named by Mayr and Fahlbusch (1975) [Not referable to Desmanella according to Rümke (1985)]. It is not extant. Its type specimen is BSP 1973 XIX 96, a mandible (sin. with p3-m3). Its type locality is Hammerschmiede, which is in a Tortonian terrestrial claystone in the Upper Freshwater Molasse Formation of Germany.
