Archaeodesmana turolense

Taxonomy
Dibolia turolense was named by Rümke (1985). It is not extant. Its type specimen is IVAU MA2-3061, a tooth (p3 dex.). Its type locality is Masada del Valle 2, which is in the Turolian of horizon the Alfambra Formation Spain.

It was recombined as Archaeodesmana turolense by Hutterer (1995).

C. G. Rümke 1985the mean length of the p2 is about 1.51 mm, the mean length of the p3 is about 1.33 mm, the mean length of the p4 is about 1.65 mm; the p2/p3 ratio is about 1.14. The p1 is double-rooted. The mean length of the C is about 1.39 mm, the mean length of the P2 is about 1.77 mm, the mean length of the P3 is about 1.41 mm, the P2/P3 ratio is about 1.26. The P1 is double-rooted.
