E. Martín Suárez and P. Mein 1991Medium-sized Muridae. Teeth with voluminous cusps. Anteroconid of m1 symmetrical. Lower molars with very broad labial cingulums and reduced longitudinal spurs. Upper molars with weak longitudinal connections. M2 with four roots.
