Dremotherium cetinensis
Taxonomy
Dremotherium cetinensis was named by Ginsburg et al. (1994). It is not extant. Its type specimen is MNCN CT-194, a mandible (sin. with i3-m3). Its type locality is Cetina de Aragon, which is in a MN 2 terrestrial conglomerate in Spain.

The protoconule and metaconule of the upper molars are isolated from each other, and from the external cones. The internal wall of the lower molars is flat. The palaeomeryx fold and stylids of the lower molars are badly developed. The premolars are elongated and the p4 has a bifurcated anterior crescent. |
