Baurubatrachus pricei
Taxonomy
Baurubatrachus pricei was named by Báez and Perí (1989) [apparently preserved in a cemented sandstone]. Its type specimen is Div. Geol. Min. 1412-R, A & B, a partial skeleton, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Manoel Mendes, Uberaba (BR-262, km 3.3), which is in a Maastrichtian terrestrial horizon in the Serra da Galga Formation of Brazil. It is the type species of Baurubatrachus.
