Argochampsa krebsi
Taxonomy
Argochampsa krebsi was named by Hua and Jouve (2004). Its type specimen is OCP DEK-GE 1201, a skull (nearly complete skull, with mandibular fragments), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Grand Daoui area [Couche II], which is in a Danian/Thanetian marine horizon in the Couche II Formation of Morocco. It is the type species of Argochampsa.
