Quercysorex primaevus

Taxonomy
Amphisorex primaevus was named by Filhol (1884) [Type locality presumably Lamandine-Basse (Crochet, 1973)]. It is not extant. Its type specimen is MNHN Qu 8681, a mandible (dext. with m1, m2). It is the type species of Quercysorex.

It was recombined as Domnina primaeva by Crochet (1974); it was recombined as Quercysorex primaevus by Engesser (1975).
