Eunaticina was named by Fischer (1885) [Sepkoski's age data: K Turo R]. It is extant.

It was assigned to Neotaenioglossa by Sepkoski (2002); to Naticidae by Ladd (1982), Beu (2010); and to Sininae by Woodring (1928), Marincovich (1977), Majima (1989), Wilson (1993), Landau and Marques da Silva (2010).
