Linderochelys rinconensis

Taxonomy
Linderochelys rinconensis was named by de la Fuente et al. (2007). Its type specimen is MAU-PV-LL 69, a partial skeleton, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Loma del Lindero, which is in a Coniacian/Santonian crevasse splay mudstone/sandstone in the Plottier Formation of Argentina.
