Coelurosaurichnus schlauersbachense
Taxonomy
Dinosaurichnium schlauersbachense was named by Weiss (1934). It is considered to be a form taxon. It is a trace fossil. Its type locality is Schlauersbach tracksite, which is in a Carnian terrestrial sandstone in the Hassberge Formation of Germany.
It was recombined as Coelurosaurichnus schlauersbachense by Beurlen (1950), Heller (1952) and Schmidt (1959); it was recombined as Coelurosaurichnus schlauersbachensis by Kuhn (1958), Kuhn (1958), Kuhn (1963) and Demathieu and Haubold (1972); it was recombined as Coelurosaurichnus (Dinosaurichnium) schlauersbachense by Haubold (1971).
