Chilecebus carrascoensis

Taxonomy
Chilecebus carrascoensis was named by Flynn et al. (1995). Its type specimen is SGOPV 3213, a skull, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Rio las Lenas, which is in a Colhuehuapian terrestrial horizon in the Abanico Formation of Chile. It is the type species of Chilecebus.
