Matzke 2000"Small ichthyosaur, total length probably around 2 m, parasphenoid reduced in size, basisphenoid enlarged, carotid foramen paired in basisphenoid, interpterygoid vacuities well developed, scapula with elongated dorsomedial blade and anterior and posterior extensions completely reduced, coracoids with clear medial symphysis, clavicle very slender, humerus short, forefin tridactyl, ulna small, intermedium possibly absent."
