Trionyx mira
Taxonomy
Amyda mira was named by Hay (1908). Its type specimen is AMNH 6130, a partial skeleton (the skull, without the lower jaw; the carapace complete; and the plastron, excepting the entoplastron, the epiplastra, and a portion of the left hyoplastron), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Grizzly Buttes, which is in a Bridgerian terrestrial horizon in the Bridger Formation of Wyoming.
It was recombined as Trionyx mira by Vitek and Joyce (2015).
