Nordophiceratoides catherinae
Taxonomy
Nordophiceratoides catherinae was named by Guex et al. (2005) [Formerly JHS-279c-7]. Its type specimen is NMMNH P-62976 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is JJ2-77, Hot Springs Ridge (JJ-HSA), Bear Lake, which is in a Spathian deep-water shale in the Thaynes Formation of Idaho.
