Zhyrasuchus angustifrons
Taxonomy
Zhyrasuchus angustifrons was named by Nesov et al. (1989). Its type specimen is TsNIGRI 332/12457, a partial skull (Frontal), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Macambira, which is in a Jurassic/Jurassic fluvial-lacustrine mudstone in the Aliança Formation of Brazil. It is the type species of Zhyrasuchus.
