Mesopentacoris orientalis
Taxonomy
Mesopentacoris orientalis was named by Popov (1989). Its type specimen is PIN 3791/2817, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Bakhar, outcrop 208/4 (PIN collection 3791), which is in a Bajocian/Bathonian lacustrine claystone in the Bakhar Formation of Mongolia.
