Taxonomy
Pecten interradiatus was named by Gabb (1869) [DISTRIBUTION: California (Eocene)].

It was recombined as Pecten (Propeamusium) interradiatus by Arnold (1906); it was recombined as Pseudopalliorum interradiatus by Oyama (1944) and Oyama (1944); it was recombined as Propeamussium interradiatum by Stewart (1930) and Moore (1984).
