Taxonomy
Thurmannia paskentae was named by Anderson (1938). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is CAS loc. 33502, Southeast of Burt's Ranch house on McCarthy Creek, which is in a Valanginian marine siliciclastic in the Paskenta Formation of California.
