Otostoma lucanus
Taxonomy
Otostoma lucanus was named by Saul and Squires (1997). Its type specimen is LACMIP 7886 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is LACMIP loc. 16868, Lucas Canyon, which is in a Turonian marine conglomerate/sandstone in the Ladd Formation of California.
