Paralouatta marianae
Taxonomy
Paralouatta marianae was named by MacPhee et al. (2003) [type originally numbered MNHNCu P3059]. Its type specimen is MNHNCu 76.3059, a limb element (talus), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Domo de Zaza, which is in a Miocene fluvial-deltaic conglomerate/claystone in the Lagunitas Formation of Cuba.
